Say "watch my inbox and book invoices into e-Boekhouden" and it happens — even when your computer is off. Statio watches your inbox, books incoming invoices, chases unpaid ones, prepares your VAT return, files receipts and answers questions from your actual books. You approve each action from a card, like texting an assistant.

Hire it in a conversation

On first launch Statio asks about your business and sets up your tools itself — "I use e-Boekhouden and bank with ING" is all it needs. There is no setup wizard and there are no settings pages.

Give it a job

"Watch my inbox for invoices and book them." Statio shows a plain-language preview — when an invoice arrives, I'll read it, ask your approval, and book it — and you tap Confirm once.

Stay in control with one tap

"Invoice from Acme, €1,240, due in 14 days — Book it / Skip / Edit." One tap: booked and logged. The Today feed shows everything Statio did while you were away.

Built in the EU, for EU rules

  • All processing happens in the EU (Netherlands); email content is processed transiently and never stored.
  • Your documents stay on your own computer — not in someone else's cloud.
  • Your data never trains anyone's models, and GDPR export and erasure are built in.
  • Every action is approval-gated and audit-logged — your accountant can see exactly who approved what, and when.

Pricing that reads like a payslip

Statio is free to try. Solo is €29 per month and Team is €79 per month — priced in documents and inboxes, never in "AI tokens". A bookkeeper's hour in the Netherlands costs €40–70, so Solo pays for itself with one hour saved a month.

Why now

Belgium mandates B2B e-invoicing in 2026, and the EU follows with ViDA. Millions of small businesses will have to change how their invoices flow — Statio handles e-invoicing for them.
