We utilize EU Sovereign AI infrastructure powered by Mistral AI. All data processing occurs exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA). We do not transfer your operational or personal data outside of the EU.

We collect information necessary to provide our autonomous operational services, including account creation details, connected integration tokens (e.g., QuickBooks, PayPal), and usage logs.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Statio platform and services. By accessing or using Statio, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Dutch law.
1. Service Description
Statio provides an AI-driven operational platform intended to assist small and medium businesses with routine back-office tasks. You remain fully responsible for verifying any financial, legal, or operational outputs generated by the platform before approval.
2. Acceptable Use
You may only use the services for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using Statio to violate any applicable local, national, or international law, including the transmission of illegal material or unauthorized access to third-party accounts.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Statio B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
